Good things to know

How do I play?

Your jelly moves from side to side. Tap Drop jelly or tap the play area to drop it onto the stack. Off-center drops lose their overhang. A perfect drop restores a little width. If you miss, start a new stack and try again.

How much does Jelly Drop cost?

Jelly Drop is free to download. Version 1.2 introduces an optional Dream Pass for $2.99 in the U.S. (local prices vary), purchased once. Classic, Daily Drop, Cloud Nine, and the six original characters remain free. There are no ads, subscriptions, paid lives, or paid retries. Dream Pass is available now in version 1.2 or later.

How do I unlock the other jellies?

Lilac is available immediately. In Classic or Daily Drop, reach a personal best of 5 for Strawberry, 10 for Sunny, 20 for Matcha, 35 for Peaches, and 50 for Blueberry. Open the Jelly closet and choose an unlocked character.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The iOS game, sounds, artwork, and daily pattern generator are bundled in the app. Buying or restoring Dream Pass, verifying an original paid purchase for the first time, and sending a score card through another app may need an internet connection. Verified purchases remain available for offline play.

What happens to my progress?

Your best scores, Dream Atlas passport and world progress, character selection, sound and haptic preferences, and recent results are saved on your device. There is no game account or cross-device progress sync. Dream Pass can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account; gameplay progress stays local. Deleting the app or clearing its local data can erase that progress. An unfinished run is not restored after the app is fully closed.

When does the Daily Drop change?

At midnight UTC. Each attempt started on the same UTC date gets the same generated movement pattern. The goal is 25 jellies. You can practice the daily challenge as often as you like.

What is Dream Atlas?

Dream Atlas arrived in version 1.1. In version 1.2, Cloud Nine is free and Dream Pass includes Peach Tide and Moon Milk. Previous owners retain their full access automatically. Version 1.3 expands the Atlas to ten worlds and thirty stars, adding Mint Meadow, Honey Dunes, Coral Cove, Crystal Caves, Lantern Lagoon, Aurora Vale, and Stardust Summit. The seven additions are included with Dream Pass at no extra charge. Finish 18 drops to unlock the next world; finishing with 6 or 12 perfect drops earns extra stars. Your passport and world bests are saved locally.

How do I get the Dream Atlas update?

Open Jelly Drop on the App Store and update to version 1.3 or later. Then open Dream Atlas from the game’s home navigation. Existing owners keep the content they already have. In version 1.2, they also receive Dream Pass automatically, including the new cosmetic styles and themes. Update the app without deleting it to keep your local progress.

What does Dream Pass include?

In version 1.2, Dream Pass is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. It includes Peach Tide and Moon Milk (progress through the worlds in order), Aurora and Pearl jelly styles, and Cotton Candy and Moonlight themes with sparkling celebrations. Version 1.3 adds seven more worlds to the same purchase. It does not change scoring or give an advantage in Classic or Daily Drop.

I already paid for Jelly Drop. Do I have to pay again?

No. Your original App Store purchase unlocks Dream Pass automatically in version 1.2. Connect to the internet when first opening the update. If access does not appear, open Dream Atlas, tap Dream Pass & restore, then Restore purchases using the Apple Account that bought Jelly Drop. Contact us if you still need help.

How do I restore Dream Pass?

In version 1.2, open Dream Atlas → Dream Pass & restore → Restore purchases. You can also find this under How to play. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and connect to the internet. Restoring access does not restore scores or the local passport. Pending purchases unlock after Apple approves them; a refunded purchase may lose premium access, while free modes remain available.

How does the speed change?

In version 1.3, each new jelly picks up the pace gradually. Cloud Nine starts gently; later worlds bring flowing currents, alternating speeds, or a stronger final challenge. Daily Drop keeps one shared pace for the day and increases it consistently as you stack. Bloom provides a reliable slowdown, then eases you back into the rhythm.

How does Bloom work?

In Dream Atlas, every three perfect drops charge Bloom. Tap it while your jelly is moving to restore some width and slow the glide for four seconds. Bloom is earned through play and is not available in Classic or Daily Drop.

How do I turn off sounds or haptics?

Tap the speaker button to toggle sound. During a game, tap Pause to change both sound and haptic preferences. The game also respects your device's Reduce Motion setting. Haptics depend on device support.

The app is frozen or behaving strangely.

Close and reopen Jelly Drop, then check for an app update and restart your device if needed. Avoid deleting the app if you want to preserve your local records. If the problem continues, email us with the details above.

How do I request a refund?

App Store purchases and refund decisions are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's Report a Problem page using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
